INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups plain kefir
- 3 slices peeled fresh ginger
- 1 cup frozen cubed mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
METHOD
Serves: 2
- Place kefir and ginger in a high speed blender.
- Add mango and pineapple and blend until completely smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: No kefir? Use 1 cup plain Greek yogurt and 1 cup cold water.
