  1. Add vinegar to a pot half full of gently boiling water.
  2. Reduce pot to a gentle simmer with the odd bubble rising to the top.
  3. Transfer each egg to a ladle or ramekin before gently sliding into water.
  4. Once the white become opaque remove with a slotted spoon to paper towel or a kitchen towel and serve.
