- Place all the seafood in a bowl and dress with the salt, tequila, lime juice and the lime zest. Mix well .
- Then add the onions, Jalapeño, red onions and the fruit. Mix well and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve in a salt and spice rimmed frozen tequila glass lined with some shredded lettuce.
