INGREDIENTS
- 1 flank steak
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp worscheshire
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped shallot
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Kosher salt and pepper to season steak
METHOD
Mix all ingredients into large zip lock bag. Marinate steak for 24 hours. Remove and pat dry season with heavy salt and pepper and grill for 4 min per side. Let rest for 10 min and carve thinly.
