INGREDIENTS
- 4 maple marshmallows
- 4 tbsp grated dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
Rim four glasses with maple syrup and coat with grated chocolate. In a blender pulse ice cream, milk and vanilla until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses. Lightly torch maple marshmallows and garnish on top.
