INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (540mL) chickpeas no salt added, rinsed and drained, patted dry
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp Siracha dry spice
METHOD
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl toss together chickpeas, oil and spice, tip into pan an roast for 45-50 minutes. Cool completely before eating.
