INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole pineapple peeled & cored
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
METHOD
- Takes quarters of pineapple and place in a ziplock baggie with cinnamon power, cayenne pepper and maple syrup for one hour.
- Preheat grill pan to high. Sear Pineapple until golden brown on all sides.
- Place grilled pineapple in a bowl and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Drizzle with reserved maple syrup.
