INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup steamed and cooled green beans
- 4 kalamata olives pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh grape tomatoes halved
- 1 tsp capers optional
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 can tuna
