INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp unsweetened, shredded coconut
METHOD
- In a bowl combine the milk, chia seeds and vanilla. Stir until combined and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. You may want to stir the mixture a couple times while it’s in the fridge.
- When set, top with hemp hearts, berries and coconut.
