INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 2 egg white
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients (except butter) together with a fork.
- Heat up butter over medium heat and wipe out excess.
- Scoop mixture with a teaspoon into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
