Salads on sticks

Crisp vegetables and fruits assembled on a skewer - fun and totally kid-friendly!

INGREDIENTS

Waldorf salad sticks

Chef salad sticks

METHOD

For the Caprese salad sticks:

  1. Assemble tomatoes, basil and bocconcini on skewers and serve.

For the Waldorf salad sticks:

  1. Clean and chop apple, celery and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Clean grapes.
  2. Assemble pieces onto skewers. Mix yogurt, honey and walnuts. Serve with skewers.

For the Chef salad sticks:

  1. Assemble avocado, turkey, cheese and tomatoes on skewers. Serve with a side of ranch dressing.
