INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 cup peach nectar or mango nectar
- ice
- chilled sparkling wine
METHOD
- Combine the peaches and nectar in the blender. Add ice to make a slushy consistency. Blend.
- Pour peach mixture into glass half way.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
