Trend #4 – Beautiful, Blurred Lips

This technique feels like a blooming spring flower aesthetically and wears beautifully as well. To create this look, use a pencil liner in a punchy colour and apply it to the top and bottom of your lips, primarily the inside of your lips (opposite of where you would normally line your lips). Next, use your finger or a small brush and gently blend and diffuse the colour towards the outside of your lips, lifting off before you reach the edges of your lips. For extra impact, apply foundation on your lips, topped with a setting powder before you get started. This will help the diffused look stand out more.
