And The five essential Chinese elements are wood, fire, earth, metal, and water.
We are currently on the third cycle of animals, with 2022 being the year of the Tiger, which last fell in 2010. The element of the Year is Water. Hence Water-Tiger. The Zodiac animal, the Tiger, symbolizes strength, braveness, and protection against evil. Anyone born in the Year of the Tiger is fearless, passionate, and daring. Overall, it will be a challenging year for health, but it’s a stimulus for people to take care of their immune systems.
This year favours elements of Metal, Water and Wood. The negative ones are Fire and Earth.
