- Heats up very fast – great for getting out the door in a rush
- Has a long cord
- Not too heavy or bulky
- Great for straightening
The Cons:
- Only one heat setting
- Not good for curling or bending hair
- Takes a few passes to get a smooth look

This brush is definitely worth it for ladies on the go or who are looking for a quick straightening.

- Has a pretty long cord
- You can choose your temperature – it goes up to 375 degrees!
- Grips hair well, but also slips through hair easily
- Great at getting a bend
- Works quickly – meaning limited heat exposure
The Cons:
- More inclined towards curling than straightening
The Verdict:
This is a great brush! If you’re looking for bang for buck, this is your brush!

Brush #3: Dyson Air Wrap
The Pros:
- Not bulky – very easy to hold
- Able to do curly hair and straight hair
- Works quickly
- Has a built-in volumizer
The Cons:
- Very expensive
- Have to pre-dry your hair until it’s damp
- Slight risk of tangling if you have longer hair
- Has a high pitch when turned on

Though pricey, the Dyson Air Wrap is very diverse in use, able to do both curly and straight hair – and everything in between! If you’re looking for a good all-rounder, this is a good pick!
Brush #4: Revlon One Step
The Pros:
- Decent cord length
- Not heavy
The Cons:

- Gets too hot – could cause hair damage!
- Hard to hold because of the awkward shape
- Definitely not for long hair
- Hard to get it to straighten and curl effectively
The Verdict:
Unfortunately, it’s a no from Shoana. This brush just doesn’t do the job for enough different types of hair, and could possibly cause damage to perfectly healthy hair. However, two of my producer friends at Cityline love it so I asked them to provide their reviews.
