  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 300F (150C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Add chopped carrots to medium put and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook until fork tender (5-10 min). Place boiled carrots aside.
  • Add spinach in the same boiled water for 1 minute and place aside.
  • Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix until dough is incorporated. If too wet, add more oats. If too dry, add more peanut butter or a little water.
  • Remove dough from food processor and place dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top, use a rolling pin to roll out dough to about ½ inch thick.
  • Cut dough into treat sizes.
  • Line dough on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the treats are dry and lightly browned on the bottoms. They will fee soft at first when removing from the oven and become firmer once they cool.
