Tip #1: Choose a signature cocktail 

• This helps cut down costs of stocking a full bar, and adds some extra personality to the party.

Tip #2: Serve everything buffet or family-style

• Not only does it help the event feel more casual and relaxed but guests naturally eat less when they’re helping themselves.
• Great family style dishes are super easy to put together. You can buy a lot of the elements pre-made at your supermarket and add some finishing touches to make them look gourmet.

Tip #3: Make simple dishes look gourmet 

• My guest’s favourite dishes always seem to be the ones that were easiest to make! You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to prepare delicious desserts and snacks.
