Hemp hearts are tiny little seeds that pack a powerful punch when it comes to nutrition. A serving size (3 tablespoons) provides us with a whopping 10g of plant-based protein, 3g of fiber and is a source of all 10 essential amino acids. Each serving gives us a good hit of omega-3 and omega-6, heart healthy fats, and provides us with a slew of wonderful vitamins and minerals, including iron, B vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium, and manganese.

How to use:
Hemp hearts are ready to eat straight from the bag. Sprinkle a serving of hemp hearts into oatmeal, smoothies, cereals, salads, and soups to increase the amount of protein and incorporate healthy fats. They can also be ground up and used in baking.
