This easy, no-guilt dessert can be made with any fruit you have on hand, with the exception of citrus fruit!
Roasted fruit with honey, thyme, Greek yogurt & walnuts
Ingredients:
- 2 plums
- 2 pears
- 2 bananas
- Honey
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh basil
- Greek yogurt
- Walnut halves
Method:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut up fruit into quarters and halves.
Drizzle with honey and then cover with thyme.
Roast for 30 to 50 minutes.
While roasting, mix a little honey and yogurt together.
Place fruit on plate, then dollop a healthy spoonful of honey/yogurt mixture on top. Garnish with thinly sliced basil and walnuts.
