#100ActiveDays: Week 3 round-up

To help you keep active every single day, we've come up with a list of 10 everyday activities that you can count towards your #100ActiveDays!

Are you doing the #100ActiveDays challenge with us? Here at Cityline we’ve committed to doing at least one active thing every single day for 100 days, and after three weeks, we’re still rocking it hard! We know that some days can be harder than others though, and sometimes it seems like a lot of effort to go to the gym, or go for a run, or get to that yoga class. To help you keep active every single day, we’ve come up with a list of 10 everyday activities that you can count towards your #100ActiveDays!

  1. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
  2. Give your kitchen or bathroom a vigorous clean.
  3. Do some gardening.
  4. Go for a walk around the block.
  5. Chase your dog at the park.
  6. Play tag with your kids.
  7. Have a dance party in your living room.
  8. Get off the bus a few stops early and walk the rest of the way.
  9. Cut the lawn or shovel your driveway (depending on the season!).
  10. Have a little bit of hanky panky time with your partner.
