With rhubarb in season, it’s time to reap in all its benefits with a delicious dessert pizza for a post-dinner treat!

Rhubarb Nutella pizza

Prep time: 4 min
Cook time: 3 min
Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 stocks of red rhubarb cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1 baked pizza crust
  • 2 cups maple syrup
  • 1 jar of creme fraiche
  • 2 cups Nutella

Method:

In a ‎medium stock pot, poach the rhubarb in maple syrup for 3 minutes or until slightly soft.

Spread Nutella over pizza crust and cut into six.

Place poached rhubarb over pizza slices and top with creme fraiche.

Drizzle with extra syrup and garnish with icing sugar and mint.
