Purple popsicle smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water (or more depending on preferred texture)
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen chopped mango
  • 1.2 small orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1 serving unsweetened protein powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

Place ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Add ice if preferred.

Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more water to thin out if necessary.
