Purple popsicle smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup water (or more depending on preferred texture)
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen chopped mango
- 1.2 small orange, peeled and seeded
- 1 serving unsweetened protein powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
Method:
Place ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Add ice if preferred.
Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more water to thin out if necessary.
