Taste the flavours of India with Ricardo’s take on the flavourful butter chicken. If you love a bit of heat, you can always add more curry powder or other spices to this recipe.
Quick and easy butter chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 x 10 oz can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 10 oz milk (measured in the soup can)
- Pepper
Method:
In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, brown chicken thighs in butter with curry and garlic powder.
Add tomato soup and milk.
Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Serve with rice and naan bread.
