Pumpkin loaf

Ingredients:
- 3 cups white sugar
- 3-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can of pure pumkin pure (4oo mL)
- Mix of pecans and pumpkin seeds
Method:
Place everything (except for the pecans and pumpkin seeds) in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Grease and flour two loaf pans. Pour mixture into the loaf pans and add pecans and pumpkin seeds on to the top.
Bake at 350F for 1-1/2 hours until the top springs back.
