One of the most talked-about films so far at this year’s TIFF is 12 Years A Slave, based on a true story of a free man sold into slavery in 19th-century America.
Stars Chiwetel Ejiofor and Michael Fassbender are already garnering Oscar buzz for their roles in the film, and some are saying this is the film to beat in the Best Picture race at next year’s Oscars.
