Sandi Richard shares a fruity recipe for home-made BBQ sauce – perfect for ribs!

Raspberry-maple BBQ sauce

Ingredients:

• 1 cup ketchup
• 2 Tbsp raspberry jam
• 2 Tbsp salsa (mild, medium or hot)
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp liquid smoke (found near sauces)

Method: 

Combine ketchup, raspberry jam, salsa, maple syrup and liquid smoke together in a small bowl.

Stir well and store in fridge.
