Fit Couples update: Challenge may be over, but they’re still going strong!
Our Cityline Fit Couples Challenge with Stephanie Joanne may be over, but our Fit Couples are still going strong! We thought we’d share these emails we received from Susan, Margrett and John — we’re hoping they inspire you in your own fitness journey!

I am doing great. I have lost about 14 lbs in total. I am committed to running 5km at least once per week and I am running it consistently in about 30 minutes. I have had to buy a smaller size again (oh darn, more shopping).
I am working out on average 6 times per week. I am changing it up with some biking and rollerblading.
With the wedding only a month away I am super motivated to keep up the momentum. My diet hasn’t changed ( with the exception of welcoming back my Friday night glass of red!)
I do so miss my Saturday mornings and all of your support. Happy to hear updates.

From Margrett and John:
Hey Stef and fellow fitness partners,
No concerns, just amazing news!
After the story aired, the following wonderful things happened :
1) John and I had our physicals late last week and we lost an additional 5 pounds EACH and our doc stated that we are both back to our 2008 weight. He was pretty proud of the progress and encouraged us to continue.

2) Got an email from a long past acquaintance who only gets 2 channels ( Cityline being one of them) in St. Kitts and saw us and was motivated in stepping it up.
3) Our marketing department thought this was a great human interest story and linked it up to 300 staff in Toronto with hyperlinks to: 1) the Cityline video; 2) our blogs; and 3) your site and bulletin and link to the SJ LIVING brand. One of the staff already ordered your F31 videos.
4) It had a domino affect from there AND nationally our company’s health and wellness committee put the story line and links out to 4,000 employees early this week and as a result I cannot keep up with the emails and kudos.
How did you guys do it? is the main question and I just say “ a little bit of inspiration, a lot of perspiration” and I link them back to your site for the videos.
I am sure I speak on behalf of everyone when I say that we ALL truly hope that you will get some leverage and new business opportunities out of your generous investment and time in all of us.

Word of mouth is still and will continue to be considered the number 1 best form of advertisement and we will continue to advertise and support your endeavours in making this a healthier world.
P.S. After the challenges that YOU exposed us to including wall climbing, we figured we can pretty well do anything soooo…… we are planning the CN TOWER walk and HANG for our anniversary gift to each other this August. You ask— has John confirmed? Not yet!
