Let's get started with the challenge!

I’m excited about this challenge because every single person has a personal goal that others can relate to!

I’m super excited about this challenge because every single person has a personal goal that others can relate to! I can’t wait to work with them, and you, over the next 8 weeks.

Let me share what I expect.

First and foremost…Food:

The rules for the first two weeks of the challenge:

  • NO alcohol
  • NO wheat
  • NO sugar (refined and artificial — does not include fructose, which is sugar from fruit)
  • I always recommend cutting dairy — many will notice a change right away in their energy, digestion, anxiety and stress level, etc. Some don’t notice any changes at all and this is why I say to try 2 weeks at least, if not the whole challenge.

There will always be literature telling you about the negative and positive side effects of certain foods, but I want everyone to remember that you are the driver of your own body. Try to avoid asking your partner how they are feeling or if they notice a difference. Listen to YOUR body and if YOU notice a difference to certain foods! At the beginning of April, I will talk to everyone about the progress and success of cutting these 4 things out.

There’s no way for me to personally know what our participants are eating every day, but they have made a commitment to me, Cityline and its viewers, their friends, families, partners and most importantly, THEMSELVES!

This is a commitment and not to be taken lightly. The most important commitment is the one they have made to themselves. It’s not going to be easy but I have promised them it will be worth it. They will get back tenfold what they put into it!

If they can wake up on Monday May 20th and say to themselves, “I DID IT! I completed this challenge, I worked out exactly as I was instructed to, I followed the meal plan and I AUTHENTICALLY completed this challenge!”

I promise that will be one of the most powerful moments anyone can have in their lives! The moment you have 100 percent control over your vessel, and at that point you know you CAN have control, it’s possible!

For the Fitness aspect:

Everyone will be doing my F-31 workout DVD 3 times a week (www.f31workout.com). For this week, they will be doing 100 push-ups a day.

Supplements:

We have been fortunate enough to be supplied by my incredible supplement partner (CygenLabs). In the meal guide they are instructed to incorporate protein shakes as well as Power Greens 21 into their diet, they are provided with these products.

I am so excited to see the progress of this group. I can already envision the changes on the next fitness assessment! I am 100 percent committed to seeing everyone through this challenge and helping them to reach their own personal goals.
