1 tbsp mustard

Stuffed olives

Meatballs:

In a medium size bowl, mix ground beef, tabasco, worcestershire, mustard, salt, pepper and water. (The water keeps the balls moist and tender. Trust me!)

Roll into 2oz balls and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Sauce:

In a large sauce pot, add olive oil and garlic, toast a medium heat until golden. Remove garlic and add diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and reduce by 1/3.

Pappardelle:

Blanche pappardelle until tender, let rest on baking sheet and cool.

Wrap a styrofoam head with blanched noodles and add sliced olives for eyes.

Place meat balls into baguette two at a time (for eyeballs), and add sauce for blood.

Toss remaining pappardelle and sauce together, and add parmesan and basil. Fill around mummy head and place eyeball sandwiches on top! Booo! Happy Halloween!
