Surf ‘n’ turf Pho-in-a-bag

Ingredients:
750 ml beef stock

2 packages ramen noodles
6 oz. thin sliced beef tenderloin
6 16-20 count shrimp sliced in half
2 baby bok choy
4 button mushrooms

2 green onion
Handful of bean sprouts
Teaspoon soy sauce
Teaspoon hot sauce
2 medium freezer bags

Method:
In an electric kettle boil the beef stock.
Place noodles, beef, shrimp, bok choy and mushrooms in the freezer bag.
Pour boiling beef stock over noodles and seal the bag for 2 minutes. (Hot stock should cook beef and shrimp)
Open the bag, roll back top, add sprouts and green onion.

Season with soy and hot sauce. Place on plate and serve with chopsticks.
