How is everyone doing? Yes, YOU! How are YOU doing? Talk to me…

The reason I say this is because this far into the program, everyone’s

fitness levels are different. Some of us are moving along and others

need more time. Either way, it is perfectly OK. If you are finding the

re-evaluate.

This week, stick to the same routine as Week 4

as it is quite challenging. I want you to take notice of the weights

you are using. Are you able to lift heavier weights now? Are you able to

complete more repetitions? Are you using proper form? As your level of

fitness improves, you should be able to notice these things this far

group at a time is working to maximize our time. I use this with new

Next week:

If on a scale of 1-10 (10 being difficult) if it is above a 5 for you, then you will stick to a similar program next week

If you are a 5 or less, you will be moving to another program next week where you are splitting up body parts.

Take this week and check in with yourself, evaluate your progress. If

you are not sure, ASK ME! I’m here to help! Emails your questions to submissions@cityline.ca and include “Shape-Up Stef” in the subject line.
