1/2 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup POM juice
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped red chillies (seeds removed)
1 tbsp garlic
5 limes zested & juiced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion
2 tbsp cilantro
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup feta cheese
10 tortillas

Serves 5

Mix the cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, smoked paprika and the sliced beef.  Then add the lime zest, ginger, garlic, chillies and the chopped cilantro.  Once mixed pour the lime juice, POM juice, soya sauce and mix well.  Set aside in the fridge for 3 hours.  Now drain and save the liquid of the beef.  Heat the grape seed oil in a large fry pan over high heat .   Add into the pan the beef, onions and peppers, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes and then add the liquid drained from the marinating beef.  Reduce over high heat for 2 minutes..  Place the large fry pan in the center of the table, on the side serve tortilla wraps, guacamole, sour cream and crumbled feta cheese. Recipe will make at least 10 Spicy Steak Fajitas.
