Tipsy Strawberry Frozen Cheesecake

1/4 cup butter, melted
1/8 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 cups graham crumbs

1 package cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup strawberries, pureed
3 tbsp. Irish Cream liqueur
2 cups frozen whipped topping, slightly thawed

2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. sugar

Method:

Combine the melted butter, brown sugar and graham crumbs. Press into an 8-inch freezable dish for the base.

Cream together the cream cheese and icing sugar. Stir in the pureed strawberries and liqueur until evenly combined. Stir in the frozen whipped topping. Spread mixture over the graham base. Let set and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Prepare the topping just before serving. Slice the remaining 2 cups of strawberries. Sprinkle the tbsp. of sugar over the strawberries. Let sit for a few minutes.

Right before serving cut the cheesecakes into generous squares and spoon some fresh strawberries on top. Enjoy!!
