Jason’s Trail Mix

Perfect snack for a road trip.

Ingredients:
1 cup whole almonds
2 cups peanuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 cup granola chunks
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp chili spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sea salt
1 cup dried cranberries

Method:

  1. In a large roasting pan melt the butter and honey
  2. Add the nuts, curry powder, chili spice and cinnamon
  3. Roasted until golden, add the sea salt and dry on a paper towel
  4. Once cool mix the granola chunks,  marsh mallows, cranberries and bag for the car
