Curry Yogurt Roasted Chicken Legs

Flavourful cooking at frugal costs.

4 whole chicken legs   
2 cup yogurt    
1 tbsp curry powder   
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tbsp grated fresh horseradish

Method

  1. Place the chicken legs, yogurt, curry powder, cilantro and horseradish in a zip lock bag.  Seal and mix well. Place in the fridge overnight.
  2. Next day remove the legs from the yogurt and sear in a pan using grape seed oil over medium heat.
  3. Once seared, place in a 375F degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes 4 portions.
